El pasado martes 20 de octubre deposité la carta en la Administradora de Subsidios
Sociales (ADESS) para solicitar la lista de beneficiarios de la tarjeta solidaridad en el barrio San Juan, ubicado en el kilómetro 8 y medio de la carretera Sánchez.
La carta se la entregué personalmente a Rayka Mena, quien me entregό un formulario para formalizar la petición.
Me aseguró que en 15 días tendría la información.
Para averiguar si la mayoría de los beneficiarios de la Tarjeta pertenecen al PLD, Carlos Pimentel me recomendó hacer un temario para a través de el deducir la pertenencia política de los beneficiarios.
